The Wertherwocky

Twas Original and the slithy toves,
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe,
All Original were the borogroves,
And the Werthers outgrabe

Beware the Werthers my friend,
They will surely make you fat,
Beware the Maltesers(tm),
And shun the frumious kitty-kat.

He took his mighty tongue in mouth,
Long time his sticky foe he sought,
Until rested he by the Werthers tree,
And stood awhile in thought

And while in lazy thought he stopped,
His friend, with Werthers in his hand,
Came whiffling from the eerie shop,
And trampled on the sand.

Up down, Up down, and round and round,
His vorpal tongue went suck and suck,
Within a sec, he'd sucked it dead,
And went gallumphing back

Hast thou tried the Werther's now?,
Come to my arms my beamish boy,
Calloh Callay, Oh Frabjous Day,
He chortled in his joy,

Twas Original and the slithy toves,
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe,
All Original were the borogroves,
And the Werthers outgrabe
